My photoshop was working fine until my computer crashed %26 I had to press the button to turn it off. When I turned it back on %26 opened up photoshop the plugins %26 everything load but when it says ''done'' the program doesn't respond. Anyone know how to fix this??

You may have to reinstall Photoshop and its plugins. This should be no problem if you own a legal copy of the application.
