Ok so just downloaded the photoshop CS3 extended edition and i want to take the pictures of me and change around my eye color/hair color but I have no clue how?
If I don't have the version that does that, what version does?

I would suggest you start out with the simple selection tool, which is the lasso tool, select your eyess by drawing a circle around them, after you see the ''marching ants'' around both of you eyes, (hold shift when starting 2nd eye so that you can keep the first eye selected ) press control+u or Command+u on macs and the hue and saturation window will come up, change the hue and mess around with the sliders

You have pretty much the best version on the market, as for the color changing,
1.you have to select your hair using one of the lasso tools,
2. desaturate the area (make B%26W),
3. then create a new layer,
4. on that layer with the hair selected, paint the hair the color you want,
5.then fool with the transparency to make is so you cans ee the hair through it
Its not an easy task, you really have to know what your doing. That was just my words on how to do it, in the source list i put a list of tutorials to help you.
