I have a bunch of files I open up almost every time I start photoshop. However they don't stay in the ''Recently Opened'' part because I open a bunch more random photos after that.
Does photoshop have a library like there is in Illustrator and Indesign?

Photoshop only show 10 recent files by default. You can change it to 30 from Edit%26gt;preferences%26gt; File handling.

No it doesn't.
Doesn't seem to. I'm running Photoshop CS3 extended, and have the same problem. Appears to be an important feature they overlooked.
